Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Dinner 2009
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Region of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors for the year ending 28th February 2009 will be held at 7:00 p.m. on 9th April 2009 (Thursday) at Eaton Hotel (380 Nathan Road, Kowloon).
Agenda
1. Apologies for absence.
2. To receive the Annual Report for Session 2008/09.
3. To receive and approve the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts for the period from the year ending 28th February 2009.
4. To note the voting for the election of Principal Officers (Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) of the Region for Session 2009/11.
5. To discuss any other business.
6. To declare the Meeting closed.
Following the AGM, a Chinese set dinner will be served at the same venue.

Annual General Meeting and Dinner 2009
The Committee of Hong Kong Region of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Region for Year 2009/10 will be held on 9th April 2009 (Thursday). All members, guests and accompanying persons are welcome to attend the AGM and the dinner. The program of the AGM will be:
