SITE VISIT
STONECUTTER BRIDGE
The Lighthouse Club YMC & ICES are jointly organising a visit to Stonecutter Bridge. Stonecutter Bridge is an important element of Route 8 between Tsing Yi and Shatin. This new highway will provide direct access to Container Terminal 8 & Container Terminal 9 will further enhance Hong Kong as an important international logistics and transportation hub. Stonecutter Bridge, when completed, will be one of the longest span cable-stayed bridge in the world. The overall bridge length is 1596m with a main span of 1018m.
