We refer to the AGM Notice previously issued to you on 19-5-2020, please note the following IMPORTANT UPDATE.
Due to the recent new local cases of outbreak of COVID-19, the Hong Kong Scout Centre has cancelled our booking of the venue of AGM on 12-6-2020 . In order to avoid the potential health and safety hazard of our members we decide to hold the AGM by Video Conferencing instead and we also decide to cancel the complimentary dinner previously scheduled to be held after the AGM. We are sorry for the cancellation of the complimentary dinner and the inconvenience caused by revising the method for holding the AGM.
We have revised the method of holding the Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Region of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors for the year ending 29th February 2020 by using the ZOOM video conferencing for all our members to join.
The details of the AGM Video Conferencing will be as follows:
Date and time : 7:00 p.m. on 12th June 2020 (Friday)
ZOOM Conference ID : 890 8267 8872
Conference Password : Will be emailed to the members separately for those completing the AGM form attached .
To those members who have expressed the interest to join the AGM in the previous AGM notice, you are not required to submit the latest AGM form again and we will send you the Conference Password on the day of AGM.
Please download the ZOOM Apps in your computer or smartphone and familiar with yourself of how to use it before the date of the AGM.
Agenda of AGM
1. Confirmation and Approval of the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 22nd March 2019.
2. Appointment and Installation of the Committee for Session 2020-2021
3. Adoption of the Annual Report for Session 2019-2020.
4. Adoption of the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts for the period of the year ending 29th February 2020.
5. Discussion of any other business.
6. Declaration of the Meeting closed.
Members of all grades are advised to bring along their membership card for identification and join the AGM.
