Clive Randall is both a Civil Engineer and Builder with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, 27 years of which have been spent on projects in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Clive specialises in planning and project controls on multi-million dollar infrastructure projects throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
Clive has an advanced understanding of planning software including Primavera P6 and an in-depth experience of developing planning strategies and procedures for design, tenders, projects and claims. Clive has been intimately involved in developing and implementing risk management techniques during the tender and construction phase of projects.
Involved with some of Hong Kong iconic projects including Chek Lap Kok airport, Haeco, Kap Shui Mun Bridge, Western Harbour Crossing, Shatin to Central Link, Express rail Link, South Island Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Westrail, Tamar Government Offices and Disneyland. |
