Abstract
Mr Ho will highlight types of risks which may arise in construction projects, and what might be done through contract or other means to minimize their adverse effect. Mr Ho will also discuss the context of risk and responsibilities and in particular problems affecting the decision of dispute resolution. The seminar will be of interest not just to lawyers but to contractors, employers, contract administrators, insurers, engineers and surveyors with an interest in the subject of construction risk.
