RICS (HK) arranged a CPD event on a topic of Contractor's Tendering Strategy, jointly organised with the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors(HKIS), to be held on 17 May 2007. In this seminar, the speaker, Mr. John Bacon, will draw on his considerable experience and offer guidance on some of the techniques of tendering and, if time allows, some issues to be aware of with insurance clauses of contracts.
