About the speakers :
Malcolm Chin is a partner in the Hong Kong office of international law firm Minter Ellison. He advises on construction law issues, arbitration and civil litigation in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. Malcolm is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, Australia, and England and Wales.
Tim Hallworth is an associate at Minter Ellison. He has experience advising on non-contentious and dispute resolution in Hong Kong, China and Macau, and has specialised in the area of construction for more than 25 years as a solicitor, a chartered quantity surveyor and a commercial manager for Gammon in China.
