BIM – High Performance Building Design and Delivery

BIM (Building Information Modeling) and generative design are new technologies which change the Building industry faces to pave the road to success.  It brings a new way of approaching the design and documentation of building projects and supports a distributed team so that people, tools, and tasks can effectively share this information throughout the building life cycle.  It also explores advances in design technologies and methodologies that allow and encourage new forms of architectural and structural expression that are radically changing the world to the built environment.  This seminar focuses on what is BIM and how AEC professionals have changed their initial approach to bringing a multi-disciplined designs to BIM, and features highlights the evolution on disciplines such as:

·         Architecture Engineering

·         Structural Engineering

·         Mechanical and Electrical Systems

·         Project Management

·         Building Design and Analysis

·         Construction Design and Review
