Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Region of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors for the year ending 29th February 2020 will be held at 7:00 p.m. on 12th June 2020 (Friday) at Room 1105 ,Hong Kong Scout Centre, Scout Path, Austin Road, Kowloon .
Agenda
1. Confirmation and Approval of the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 22nd March 2019.
2. Appointment and Installation of the Committee for Session 2020-2021
3. Adoption of the Annual Report for Session 2019-2020.
4. Adoption of the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts for the period of the year ending 29th February 2020.
5. Discussion of any other business.
6. Declaration of the Meeting closed.
Members of all grades are advised to bring along their membership card for identification and join the AGM.
In order to protect the safety and healthy of all the participants during the pandemic, all participants MUST wear a surgical mask for attending our AGM and if you do not feel well or has any symptoms of illness on the AGM day, please refrain from joining the AGM for the safety and healthy of yourself and others. Participants are required to purchase their own insurance for the attending of the AGM as we do not have insurance cover of this.
A complimentary dinner for the member will be taken immediate after the AGM and will be provided with maximum seats of 24 seats at the nearby decent Chinese Restaurant, registration is on a first come first served basis. The dinner will be subject to the social distance restriction that are imposed by the Government.
