This seminar intends to shed light on the increasing importance of the Quantity Surveyor's role in design in light of the latest case law and attempts to impart practical tips that may be of use to a Quantity Surveyor when advising parties on construction costs.

Dennis has done many domestic arbitrations in Hong Kong concerning disputes arising from civil engineering, piling and building projects.
