Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Region of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors for the year ending 28th February 2017 will be held at7:00 p.m. on 14th March 2017 (Tuesday) at Scout Association of Hong Kong Headquarters, Kum Tao Heen (Chinese Restaurant) - 8/F, Hong Kong Scout Centre, Scout Path, Austin Road, Kowloon.
Agenda
1. Confirmation and Approval of the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 14h March 2016.
2. Adoption of the Annual Report for Session 2016-2017.
3. Adoption of the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts for the period of the year ending 28th February 2017.
4. Appointment and Installation of the Committee for Session 2017-2018.
5. Discussion of any other business.
6. Declaration of the Meeting closed.
Members at all grades are advised to bring along their membership card for identification

All members are welcome to attend the AGM. The details of the AGM are set out below:

Time : 19:00 to 20:00
Fee : Free of charge
For registration, please send the following Reply Form to Suite 1901-2, Hopewell Center, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or by fax to Ms. Cordia Yu at 2687-2252 for registration before 25th February 2017.
Please note the reply form for the attendance of the AGM has to be reached to the Honorary Secretary Mr. Daniel Sum by 25 February 2017.
