Dr Thomas Wong-
Dr Wong is a Senior Consultant Quantity Surveyor and has been working in the Construction Industry on mega government infrastructure projects for about thirty years. Other than quantity surveying and engineering backgrounds, Dr Wong also holds legal and project management academic qualifications from the UK and Australia Universities. During the past years, Dr Wong involved in assessing various construction delay and cost claims and had gained an in-depth knowledge on contract administration under the Standard Form of Civil Engineering Contract. Dr. Wong had lectured extensively on construction law in different Institution. |
