A seminar for "Takes Two to Tango – Co-administration of Civil Engineering Contracts" will be held on 18 April 2012 (Wednesday)
Speaker :
Peter Clayton is a partner in the Hong Kong office of international law firm Pinsent Masons. Before working in Hong Kong, he was based in the UK. He specialises in construction law and dispute resolution and has acted for both contractors and government departments in relation to claims arising on a variety of infrastructure and building projects. His experience includes negotiation of the NEC forms of contract and the resolution of disputes arising under them. In this seminar, he will look at the obligations and duties of Contractors and Engineers in notifying, administering, considering and certifying claims and what happens when proper process breaks down.
