Mr. Julian Eynon-Lewis is a Legal Counsel and Regional Commerical Manager at Battersby Kingsfield. He is a lawyer and quantity surveyor and has worked as both in the Construction and Engineering industry and related fields for more than 15 years. He has advised employers, contractors, consultants, insurers on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious project works, including the drafting of contracts, arbitration and litigation. Julian is a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong.
Mr. Justin Wong is Senior Consultant with the Contract Solutions team of EC Harris (Hong Kong) Ltd., with experience in construction projects, including project management, contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution. Justin was involved in the engineering design for a number of civil and geotechnical engineering projects in Hong Kong during his early career as a civil engineer. Justin is currently the Treasurer of the Hong Kong Society of Construction Law (SCLHK) and the Vice-Chairman of the Young Members Group, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), East Asia Branch. Justin is also an accredited general mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
